PGNiG builds gas link to Gdansk refinery in Poland
The agreement for PGNiG to supply the Gdansk-based refinery with natural gas, one of the largest supply contracts signed in recent years, fits into PGNiG's strategy of increasing gas sales, said CEO Grazyna Piotrowska-Oliwa. Grupa Lotos will initially receive 340 million cubic meters/year of gas.
Keyera acquires NGL shipping terminal in Texas from ExxonMobil
The terminal is expected to be used initially to handle receipt and delivery of propane, butane, iso-butane and NGL mix for delivery into North American markets. The acquisition includes approximately 39 acres of land, four rail and six truck loading spots, and NGL storage tanks.
Air Products acquires Guizhou China gas liquefier
Liquid product will be sold predominantly to the region's industries on the merchant market, with some also being sold to Guizhou Kaiyang Chemical. The Air Products-owned ASU and liquefier are to be onstream in October 2012. Investment terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Keyera to build de-ethanizer at NGL fractionation facility in west Canada
The de-ethanizer will allow Keyera to process an ethane-rich stream of NGLs, creating specification ethane for delivery to petrochemical producers in Alberta and a propane-rich stream of NGLs for delivery into Keyera’s fractionation facilities. Keyera is targeting completion for the first half of 2014.

Calumet has commissioned Ventech Engineers, specialists in modular petroleum processing plants, to design and deliver the GTL plant utilizing an autothermal reformer (ATR) from Haldor Topsoe and Fischer-Tropsch technology from Velocys. Production is expected to begin in the second half of 2014.
