Aemetis to benefit from the U.S. EPA’s approval of 15% ethanol blend

Aemetis Inc., a diversified global renewable natural gas and biofuels company, announced today that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a waiver allowing a 15% blend of ethanol (E15) to continue to be sold after May 1st which will benefit the company through increased demand and sales of the renewable fuel nationwide.

EIA: U.S. crude, gasoline stockpiles fall; distillates build last week

U.S. crude oil and gasoline stocks fell, while distillate inventories rose last week, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Wednesday. Crude inventories fell by 2.7 MMbbl to 440.4 MMbbl in the week ended April 25, the EIA said, compared with analysts' expectations for a 429,000-bbl rise.
