Chevron Phillips Chemical announced  that the shareholders of Chevron Phillips Singapore Chemicals have agreed to sell 100% of their shares to Aster Chemicals and Energy through its affiliate Chandra Asri. Aster is a joint venture company between Chandra Asri and Glencore.
