Harmony, NextDecade agree to pursue merger valued at $1 B
New York, NY and The Woodlands, TX -- Harmony Merger Corp. and privately held NextDecade, LLC jointly announced that they have executed a non-binding letter of intent to merge, which would result in NextDecade becoming a publicly listed company. Harmony is a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company whose objective is to take a company public via reverse merger.
