Exxon to sell UK lubricants unit Comma to Cosan

Cosan SA Industria e Comercio, Brazil's largest sugar and ethanol company by revenue, said Thursday that it signed an agreement to acquire lubricant maker Comma Oil and Chemicals, a unit of ExxonMobil. Comma produces and distributes vehicles lubricants in the UK.
