Japan's Idemitsu, Showa Shell to combine crude loading programs
TOKYO (Reuters) — Japanese oil refiners Idemitsu Kosan and Showa Shell Sekiyu have started work to integrate the so-called loading programs through which they purchase crude, Idemitsu's CEO said.
