Icahn subpoenaed by US on biofuels dealing
NEW YORK (Reuters) — Billionaire investor Carl Icahn has been subpoenaed by the US Justice Department over his efforts to overhaul the US biofuels program during his time as an unpaid adviser to President Donald Trump, his company said in a securities filing.
