Tesoro Refining upgrades crude rail car fleet to meet new US regulations
Tesoro worked with Union Tank Car Company (UTLX) beginning in February of last year to develop a rail car expected to meet or exceed forthcoming regulations. UTLX, which is manufacturing the cars and leasing them to Tesoro, has substantially completed the first group of enhanced cars.
ENVIA Energy venture breaks ground on new GTL plant in Oklahoma City
ENVIA Energy has entered into the main contracts for the project, procurement of all major equipment has been completed and fabrication of the Fischer-Tropsch reactors and plant modules are underway. Commercial operation is expected in the first half of 2016.

The CCL project is designed for up to three trains with expected aggregate nominal production capacity of approximately 13.5 metric MMtpy; three LNG storage tanks with a combined capacity of approximately 10.1 Bcfe; two LNG carrier docks; and a 22-mi, 48-in. natural gas supply pipeline.
Rinchem opens Arizona chemical logistics facility
The new facility includes warehousing areas for regulated and non-regulated chemicals and gases. Services that will be offered at this site include customized, temperature-controlled storage and handling of high-purity chemicals and gases primarily for the semiconductor industry.
