Ecem Arıcı is the Process Chief Engineer at Tüpraş’ İzmit refinery. She is responsible for the kerosene treatment unit, the SHU and the LPG merox unit. She previously worked as an operations engineer and as a process engineer for the DCU. She earned a BSc degree in chemical engineering from Boğaziçi University in Turkey.
