Radhakrishna, M.
M. Radhakrishna is a chief scientist and head of the mechanical design and engineering group at CSIR. He has more than 25 years of experience in the mechanical design of process equipment, design and analysis of piping systems, detailed and project engineering of process plants, design audit of components conforming to ASME Division 2 requirements, and process safety management of chemical plants. His research interests include the dynamics of pipes and expansion bellows. He has also developed theoretical models that compute vibrations of pipes and bellows for different boundary conditions considering pressure, welding, temperature and velocity effects. Dr. Radhakrishna holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from Osmania University, an MS degree in mechanical engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Osmania University.
