Before joining BASF, Dr. Chin was an FCC subject matter expert at a major petrochemical company, where he spent 14 yr supporting various aspects of the refining and petrochemical industries. He earned a BS degree in chemical engineering from Johns Hopkins University, along with an MS degree and a PhD in chemical engineering from Purdue University.
