Duggan, G.
George Duggan is Director of Refinery and Petrochemical Technology for the chemicals division of Baker Hughes, a GE company, in Sugar Land, Texas. During his 35-yr career with legacy Baker Hughes, he has implemented process and technology improvements in a wide range of refinery applications. Mr. Duggan is a member of AFPM, AIChE and NACE, and has authored or co-authored several publications. He also holds patents for refinery additive programs and technology. Mr. Duggan holds a BSChE degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia.
