Sulzer signs multi-year framework agreement with Veolia
Sulzer has signed a 5-yr global purchasing framework agreement with Veolia, a global environmental specialist in water, waste and energy management. Under this agreement, Sulzer is a partner supplier. The framework covers a broad range of pumps, mixers and turbocompressors, with potential to develop in response to emerging trends.
This agreement establishes Sulzer as a partner supplier to Veolia, building on previous preferred supplier agreements for individual business areas, as well as ongoing collaborations in power generation and low carbon fuels. It is a group-level arrangement, with a much broader list of beneficiaries. In particular, it allows affiliates and companies with a Veolia interest to also benefit from Sulzer’s advanced water treatment equipment for enhanced operational efficiency and improved performance.
Alessandro Bertuzzo, WIBU Global Head of Sales at Sulzer, explained how the agreement represents the start of an exciting relationship: “This agreement formally acknowledges the benefit of partnering to improve energy efficiency, waste minimization, water optimization and decarbonization.
