px Group signs LOIs for major SAF and green hydrogen/ammonia projects in Europe

In recent months, px group has signed five Letters of Intent (LOIs) to support major renewable energy infrastructure projects across Norway, Denmark, and Finland, including four green hydrogen/ammonia initiatives and one sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) plant. All LOIs cover full operations and maintenance (O&M) scope, with several also including owner’s engineering and advisory services.

“There’s still real momentum on the ground,” says Raymond Smebye, px Group’s Business Development Director for Scandinavia. “While headlines suggest the opposite, we’re seeing serious players pushing forward. They’re refining business models and moving into execution planning.”

One of the ammonia projects is linked to a floating concept, while others are tied to integrated or standalone production facilities. The SAF plant is still early in development but represents a vital step in decarbonizing aviation. Geoff Holmes, CEO of px Group, adds: “We’re proud to be trusted partners on these projects.
