Russia's Lukoil sells its petrochemical plant in Ukraine

MOSCOW (Reuters) -- Russian oil producer Lukoil said in a statement on Tuesday it has completed the sale of its Karpatneftekhim petrochemical plant in western Ukraine.
The plant has been mothballed for the past two years. Lukoil did not disclose the amount of the deal or the name of the buyer.
