Siemens expands Houston analytical products, solutions operations
Siemens Analytical Products and Solutions, located in Houston, has expanded its operations by relocating to a new 70 Mft2 facility that includes production, warehouse, office and customer training space.
The new facility will incorporate Siemens’ New Way of Working (NewWOW) concept, which it said is an office transformation that provides employees increased mobility, collaboration and satisfaction.
The environment allows employees to choose the best way to work based on their tasks at hand, and it embraces the mobile work environment and better work/life integration to help employees be more effective, more collaborative and more satisfied, Siemens said.
The analytical products and solutions business segment provides a total solution from front-end engineering study and design to gas chromatograph (GC), continuous gas analyzer (CGA), sample conditioning systems (SCS) and system integration (SI) production through plant commissioning and post-sale support services.
