WR Grace buys Dow polypropylene catalysts unit

WR Grace & Co. has completed the previously-announced acquisition of Dow Chemical's polypropylene licensing and catalysts business for a cash total of $500 million, the company said on Monday.
The acquisition includes the UNIPOL polypropylene process technology and makes Grace the second largest polypropylene licensor in the world based on installed capacity.
